At RJ Uniform, we take pride in delivering high-quality uniforms tailored to our clients’ needs. Since most of our products are custom-made for schools, institutions, and retailers, refunds and cancellations are governed by the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production begins.
• Any advance payment made is non-refundable once production has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged or defective.
• The items received are significantly different from the order placed.
• The order was canceled within the permitted cancellation period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The uniforms were customized with logos, school names, or specific sizes.
• Incorrect size, design, or specifications were provided by the buyer.
• Slight variations in color or stitching occur due to fabric batches.
• Delivery delays were caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refund Process

• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
• Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
