Refund & Cancellation Policy
RJ Uniform – Manufacturer & Supplier
At RJ Uniform, we take pride in delivering high-quality uniforms tailored to our
clients’ needs. Since most of our products are custom-made for schools,
institutions, and retailers, refunds and cancellations are governed by the
following terms:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production begins.
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable once production has started.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The items received are significantly different from the order placed.
- The order was canceled within the permitted cancellation period.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The uniforms were customized with logos, school names, or specific sizes.
- Incorrect size, design, or specifications were provided by the buyer.
- Slight variations in color or stitching occur due to fabric batches.
- Delivery delays were caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refund Process
- Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
